We had a Trail Lite B+ model 213. It was good in a lot of ways but not for the sleeping arrangements you desire. If you won't need a queen bed, I'd look at a Class C with a 48" or 54" wide corner bed. If you do want a queen bed, you can look at some of those suggested above. We traded the small B+ for a 25' Sunseeker 2300 with corner queen, also mentioned above. The queen does reduce the space left over for the bathroom. Our bathroom, well, you wouldn't want one any tighter. But it works.
The B+ was a lot roomier than a B, and this 25' C is a lot roomier than the 23' B+. Which is not to say it is roomy, but it's not bad. It's all relative. :) The Trail Lite on a Chevy chassis got 12 MPG, and this new 2300 on a Chevy is getting a hair over 10. That is a bit better than the Fords get, so if you travel a lot it can add up.
If you bought a Sunseeker 2300 today, expect to pay in the very low 50's new. There are competitors in the same price range. Camping World usually has a Thor something (23U?) for 49,999. So with these, you are getting a full or queen in the back, and a full above the cab. And the dinette converts to sleep a couple of kids or a short adult. Plenty of sleeping spots.
