How big are your toys? C toy haulers have ranged in size from 14,050 GVWR (garage for a couple dirt bikes) to 40,000 GVWR (will hauls as many as two full size cars and still have a house).
The big ones are custom built on Class 6 to Class 8 straight truck chassis: International, Freightliner, Volvo, whatever you want to pay for. All are diesel, 7 to 15 liter, whatever you want to pay for. You find a truck conversion company and tell them what you want. Renegade is one of the companies building to the RV market, others have primarily commercial customers.
Smaller toy haulers have come and gone, as the market has come and gone. They've been built on E-series, F-series, Kodiak/TopKick, and International Class 4 to Class 6 chassis, with gas engines 6.8 to 8.1 liters, diesel 7 liters and under. Built by FourWinds, Jayco, Gulfstream primarily. There was at least one FourWinds FunMover with room for a small car, but that didn't leave much room in the house. Most small toyhaulers are sized to carry ATVs.
