Agreed, basically it amounts to roominess. How much room do you require in your RV to enjoy your experience. We had a 31 ft Class C. We bought it for spouse and I and our 1 large dog to travel in, plus our daughter abd her family to join occasionally. We wanted the extra sleeping room for some fun family trips. We had a blast with it! Now however, our situation has changed. We want to take longer trips with just the two of us, and the 1 large dog. Daughter and family are looking to buy their own TT. We no longer need the sleeping accommodations as much as a little more elbow room and storage. We don't have the $ to justify the diesel expense, and we prefer a new unit to a used one. We have found our 2014 36 ft gas unit is now a perfect fit for us.
