We head out with a clean motorhome and I try to touch it up during our trip. I just like to keep things clean

I like to start any trip with a clean RV, car or truck. Especially the interior. The exterior does not stay clean very long.

Never clean before a trip but like to get it clean as I end or approach the end of a trip. I clean the front of the RV after a days travels to get the bugs off but could not care less if I drove in the rain and it got dirty, it's just dirty. I will head out the next day just the same. I might find a truck wash along the way if there is no chance of more rain but, if not, I will arrive just as dirty as I left.
There is a reason for the wax and there's an even larger reason for the travel. Travel for the adventure and not for the next door neighbors approval!

I always put the coach away clean. If it needs waxed i do it in the garage. I can leave again with a nice clean motorhome. I can't stand to leave home with it dirty.

Two hours on the road, and the mh is dirtier than it was before I cleaned it. Nevertheless, I still like to start out with clean vehicles.

I clean the MH when we return from a trip but not when I leave. Although I do clean the motorcycle before any trip.
