If you're talking about the exterior, try Jomax (big box store house cleaner) and mix with bleach and water as directed on the jomax jug. Spray on with a garden sprayer, wait a few minutes, scrub with a brush and rinse. You can skip the scrubbing and use a pressure washer if you don't have decals in that area.

  • I would get some Simple Green, or other type of cleaner and brush it on the surfaces and just let it sit overnight. By the next morning it should have softened to crud and allow you to scrub it off.
  • Unbeknown to me I parked under a tree for several months at my snowbird destination that put black sap all down the back side of my MH and the entire roof. Never seen anything like it before.

My regular cleaning supplies for the usual black green stuff did NOT work on the black that was caused by the sap. I think it was a black walnut tree. I had to hire the professionals to come out to get THAT stuff off.
