You all know that cleaning the windshield and front cap is a daily chore that needs to be done every time you stop for an evening. I got tired off having to dig out the bucket, soap, brush, and water hose after traveling all day...would much rather down with a cocktail.
DW put me onto the window cleaning gadget she used on the house window so about 2 years ago I began using one on the windshield. In a word "WONDERFUL". As long as you don't overuse the pad they clean well and don't require drying. The water sheets off very well. In fact today I even did the front cap as well with great results.
Windex Cleaning Tool
Looks to me like a moot point. Almost ALL the reviews say the product is great but they cannot find the refills. Once the pads are done, so are you.
My life got even easier when I found a roll-up hose at camping world. Bought a 25' model last year and this year picked up a 50' version. Both easily store in the water bay and I was able to ditch the 50" hose I kept for cleaning.
Roll Up Water Hose
Just wanted to pass this tidbit along.
