clearance/marker lights Roadtrek 190 popular2003 chevy

Called Roadtrek to be told they are standard to all rvs...I have many rvs and those red lights are most uncomon and you can't replace the bulb. Any help in locating the manufacturer would be welcome.

    No .....as you can see I am.still unhappy with my 2 uncomfortable back benches and the difficulty to reach the dump system..I live up to my name :(
