I have a 1996 Monaco Dynasty. I went out yesterday and bought a new test light and it did work with the fuse cluster on the left of the fuse box. These are actually fuses...5, 10, 15, 20, and 30. I tried the fuses with the ignition on and off. He left sude whrre the fuses work with test light only show when engine is off. I called Freightliner and spoke to their chief mechanic who had looked at this fuse box as I was trying to get a cig lighter working so I could plug in my new TPMS and he told me today that he had noticed what I was explaining to him what was happening and the best he could come up with was that the cluster of accessories in the 18 fuses have been reported elsewhere and the best thing I could do is follow one of the wires to see where it goes to be powered. I am not a troll. This is serious. I wss looking for advice and suggestions but I see from your responses that you have not encountered this before.
