A way to determine the amp draw is to hook up a meter between ground and the negative battery terminal. Then you just pull fuses, or throw circuit breakers, until you find what is drawing the current.
Did they disconnect each battery when they were tested at Autozone? If they left them connected together, they did not get an accurate reading.
