I know I probably stired up some when I posted the problems I had. I just wanted to let people know what to expect at times. Sometime the service may be great and other times not so much. Unfortunitly the only times that I have tried to use Coach Net the problems was not solved.
We live near one of the call in centers (Sebring,FL) that handles the calls for roadside assistance from various companies. Don't know which companies though. They are always advertising for representivies. And when a company is always advertising it usually means they pay low and have a constant turn over rate. In their ad they say you are only handling incoming calls so I would imagine it gets confusing and hectic at times when dealing with the different companies they represent.
Bottom line here is I received what I consider poor service. When I pay for service, I expect service. Will I stay with Coach Net? Maybe, we have a few months left on our contract so by the time renewal comes around maybe I will feel better about them.
For those that are not sure which company to go with, Good Sam, Coach Net or one of the other few out there I just wanted to let you know what you may expect.
