Something doesn't sound right. Can't see where a dealer would have anything to do with roadside service. Maybe for their extended service contracts? Their web site still shows you can purchase their ERS directly from that web site.
The dealer I purchased from went out of business years ago. Hard to believe that would make me ineligible for Coach-net ERS if I didn't already have it. Just renewed and have no plan to cancel. But I don't have an extended service contract.
There is a separate Coach-net of California, Inc. Maybe that is the problem.
