The may say that they prefer a certain company because they are reimbursed sooner, give better directions, etc. If an ERS company has a bad reputation, they would be the ones to know.
This is an excellent point. Years ago when we had coachnet and had to call a tow on a Sunday for our car, CN called out of their network and finally got someone. That tow driver raved about how CN paid him the full rate right away instead of the negotiated rate GS pays him a month later. Said he was joining the CN network and often refuses GS calls due to their lower payment and lag on payment times.
