With the horror stories of GS? Been with coach net years, used 3 times, one signed a form they had changed a tire. The other two the driver said nothing to sign they have already been paid. The last one was July when I lost a high pressure pump in my diesel TV just west of Wolf Creek Pass. They dispatched a tow truck & a 1 ton dully for my 5W. The 5W was put in a camp site near the repair shop and the truck to the shop. I asked the drive what it would have cost if I had not had insurance? 800+ about 1.5 hrs from break down till they had both vehicle to my location. Well done CN.
Why didn't you post your compliment on the Coachnet site?
Why not posted on coach net? The question was asked here plus I didn't know they had one. Be happy to post there but you need to belong to most forums to post, can't belong to every forum on the net.
PS: Quick search and no forum, maybe a link?
Don 't bother continuing down this rabbit hole. Some "members" on here are pretty talented apologists for any CW disaster, and you are just feeding a troll. I've had CN for over a decade, and it's not only a relative bargain, but they are there when I need them, and it's been nothing but satisfaction. OTOH, I can't count how many, "I have GSRS and I CAN'T BELIEVE how badly they just screwed me" threads that end up here, on a regular basis.
I am far from an apologist for CW. Just ask them or check my previous posts. However the poster who was "complimenting" Coachnet started out by bashing GSRA. My point is people dissatisfied with GSRA will join just to complain about the service received from GSRA and GSRA will respond to their complaint. MY opinion is very few people will join here to complain about Coachnet. Therefore you will see most dissatisfied GSRA customers making a post here but very few dissatisfied Coachnet customers. IT could be Coachnet is better than GSRA but to compare them based upon the number of complaints here is not fair.
On the other hand Camping World service is absolutely horrid and I am still madder than Hades about the service and response I received from CW specially the arrogant service manger at their Syracuse location. I will bad mouth them every chance I get until I feel I have evened the score plus interest. They "cheated" me out of about $450.00 on the poor service work I purchased from them. I let everyone know as often as I can. I have posted frequently about this service and will continue to do so however I can separate the entities.
So please before calling me an apologist do your due diligence.
No need to do any "due diligence" as your story really isn't part of this thread, and I find anybody digging through another members post history to be a bit creepy, to put it charitably. That said, making a snarky post, directing a member to a CN forum to complain, is more than a bid odd from a supposed CW hater, no? What's next, a glowing review for the Syracuse CW on "RVsevicereviews.com"? On a serious note, I hope you found a good alternative for service in the Syracuse area? Given my past experience, when it comes to upstate, there is no danger of my rig ending up in a service bay at Wilkins, RV One, or CW. That whole region is full of aggressive and shady dealers.
