With one exception all of our calls to CoachNet have been handled in a professional and timely manner. Once we were stuck on the side of the interstate and we kept receiving calls from CoachNet asking for the same information repeatedly. It took about 2 hours for them to send a tow truck to tow us to the next exit for repairs due to a front end blow out. We will continue to use CoachNet.
