There have been several people posting in the past that wanted a coach with no slides. I was looking at something else when this popped up. I think if you are looking for a premium coach with no slides this is a steal. It is a 1996 Foretravel. There is certainly a group of people, even on the Prevost site, that prefer to have 'no slides'. It does take out a cost-element of motors and seals.My understanding is that a Prevost air-seal replacement (maybe Foretravel too if air filled) can cost $5,000 per slide.Sometimes simple is better.MM.

After 2 leaker's in the past, we looked specifically for a no slider. We found it and are happy so far.

Just a question.. We've had 5 units (1 TT, 2 Class Cs, 2 Class As) over the years with slides and have never had a leak. I've always made it a point to keep the top/bottom/sides of the slide unit clean and regularly use silicone spray to lubricate the gaskets (making sure to clean them off on a regular basis, too). That, along with making sure the rollers under the slide were kept lubricated always kept them working like new and watertight. Having lived in Florida most of my life I have driven/pulled them through some serious rain without issue. We now have a Winne with the seemingly tiny Lippert slide system. I'm following their maintenance procedure and after a year, so far so good. Do most agree that slides need an extra amount of effort to keep working/dry and that paying attention to that rule makes problems unlikely? Over the years there have been a few times where I've heard someone's slide extending or retracting noisily and have wandered over to point out to the owner that a bottom roller was seized up or the slide sides were filthy and/or gaskets were covered with dirt and dry. I really suspect that owners who are not sufficiently aware on what's needed to keep slides working right are the cause of most trouble.

One thing I have learned- if you are parked long term it is a good idea to bring in slides and levelers every month and redeploy. Helps to keep lubricated and clean debris from slide covers. I have seen some nice motorhomes designed for no slides. Problem is living for a few days with slides in on a Moho not designed for that.

If there were really any type of demand on 'no slide' upper-end coaches, the manufacturers would build them.

There are a small number of people looking for non slide coaches. True not enough to get a manufacturer to crank one out but there is some demand.
This coach if it is maintained has probbabley reached how far down it will depreciate. Go look at 30 year old Bluebirds and Prevvost.

I watch Prevost sales and most people want at least one slide in the living room. There is certainly a market for a non-slide coaches and that demand will determine how the price fluctuates.

Prevost makes some mighty sturdy slide-outs, so, slide issues are not that common. You should see the mechanics of our four-slide coach, impressive.

I've noticed on these forums when people talk about leveling - ah - that's close enough. Well, we have discovered with our coach that if we are not level, the slides will leak. The proper procedure for leveling should be followed. Sometimes the seals don't come out like they should when the slide comes out - pulling that seal out where it should be can make a difference too. Some people just don't pay attention to things, they don't clean things and they don't do maintenance. That may be the difference with experiences with slides. Sometimes there are things you need to do to keep your rv nice and all things operating efficiently.

Apparently NASCAR fans like them as they pack them in tight with no room for slides during races.

We also looked for a motor home that did not have slides. Foretravel is a beautiful coach, and as to the price, you won't lose any money on a Foretravel of that vintage. You could probably use that rig for 10 years and sell it for more as the available supply of Foretravel motor homes dries up.

Beavers and Safaris of the same era have no slides and a similar layout to the coach the OP posted.

My friends Liberty Prevost is a million plus coach with bunk beds for their three kids and no slides. It worked out just fine for their travels. Not sure how it would have worked if the children were teenagers. Then it might have been a little cramped for five people.
