Coaxial hookup in little cabinet above headboard

Need some assistance, I have a 2015 Thor Chateau 31W that I just purchased two weeks ago. I have found in a very small cabinet above the headboard of the bedroom bed inside on the wall is a coaxial hook up it looks like were you would hook and antenna l wire to for television and then two wires and orange one and a white one. If I follow these wires that are in a wire loom they run along the bottom edge of the cabinet more towards the middle and then go up into the ceiling and disappear all of the other TVs in the coach Are hooked up and work as they should. Give me some help on this I have no idea what this goes too the cabinet is too small for a TV to fit into the besides there is already a TV on the opposite wall at the foot of the bed in the closet area. Need some help figuring this one out.
