COE Cg charging $20 to dump

No, I was not serious, but I have seen it done, and have seen a lot of evidence that it was done previously. The one I found disgusting was in a nice state park, the fifth wheel in front of me just pulled up, propped the sewer pipe cap open, and open his dump valves. Then drove forward before closing valves so he wouldn't have to step in the mess. Drove off and left the mess. I gave his description and trailer tag number to the camp host, who was the one that had to clean up the mess. Thank goodness they had two dump stations, so I didn't have to use that one, but I did try to use the hose to start washing everything down. Also have seen it happen at some of the big name truck stops that used to have facilities for RVs to dump, and then fill their water. That is why many closed their facilities.
