Cold climate owners: what do you do with your RV in winter?

OK. I have lived in southern Arizona most of my life and my RV has never seen winter. I bought a cottage for summer use in northern WI and, for a number of reasons, would like to leave my RV there...

I store my Class C in my shop so never have to worry about winterizing the rig and it's ready to go on a moments notice. If I was to store it outside, it would be winterized, and I would consider a drive in shelter as I am getting a bit long in the tooth to consider climbing around on top of an RV as I don't bounce like I used to.
