Cold climate owners: what do you do with your RV in winter?

OK. I have lived in southern Arizona most of my life and my RV has never seen winter. I bought a cottage for summer use in northern WI and, for a number of reasons, would like to leave my RV there...

Change the oil in the engine and the generator, wash and wax the exterior. Go through the interior and get it as clean as possible. Winterize. Drive 6 miles to the indoor storage facility and say goodbye till spring. Never want it to see snow and it hasn't yet!
