Cold climate owners: what do you do with your RV in winter?

I use to store mine at the county fairground but I am in the process of putting up an RV-port for year round storage. The fairgrounds charged me $9/ft for parking in a shed with a good roof and open sides. That price was for the entire winter. I parked it in late October and pulled it out late March or early April depending on snow cover on the ground.
