I have a difficult time with posts in Internet forums about good service that results from problems being brought up in forums.
"Forums" should not be where companies get the idea to take some action ... it should be happening all the time in companies who want to remain as a long-term viable business.
I have a few personal outstanding customer service tales that had nothing to do with me complaining about it ... in forums or other places. I got the impression that the companies that did this for me acted this way as their normal way of doing business. That's the way it should be.
