Dennis has the order correct except I would slide the Windsor above the Camelot then after the Camelot would be Diplomat, Knight and Cayman based on their engines and chassis. The LaPalma is a gas rig.
Holiday Rambler, Monaco Safari and Beaver all made similar coaches but not exact you can go to their websites and look for their archived brochures to see the differences
