In most states, when you purchase a used vehicle, it is assumed that the vehicle is purchased "as is, no warranty". I think there are a couple of states that give you some time, but once the clock expires, it is then considered "as is, no warranty". Check with your State's Attorney General or Consumer Protection Agency to find out what the law is in your state. Most Rv Dealers will tell you to bring it back and they fix any defects within 30 days, but most of the time it is not written. If it is a new unit, call the factory, tell them the repair is not being done as it should be, and see if they can help you. Since you did not say what the issue is, it is hard for folks to help you out. If you want to rant, go for it.
