Liability of used coach first. Even new seem to have repeated trips to fix things. Communication seems to be a big problem between owners and dealers as at times our knowledge base is so much different and we read things into words. Extended warranties are a real PITA. At least you didn't pay for yours as it was part of your purchase. You are doing your homework so are equipped to deal with your dealer which is great. I agree with others that as frustrating as this is they seem to have some willingness to work with you as they respond to e-mails fairly quickly. I do hate the silence that comes from some and long waits on phone. Keep wring with them until you reach deadlock and then decide on the strategy for the issues not resolved Good luck.
