If you do not give the selling dealer the chance and time to effect the repairs you can complain until the cows come home. If the selling dealer fails to live up to their end of the sales agreement then you have an actionable offense. Until they try and fail the repair, tell you they are not attempting to fix the issue(s) and you are out actual expenses to repair the vehicle you have no actionable offense. In simple terms, YOU CAN NOT SUE for restitution until you spend money. No court will find on a he said, they said, you said case. They will not even hear the case until you actually have out of pocket expenses. So let them fix it or get out your wallet. If you choose to fix the RV yourself without giving the selling dealer the option to repair it first most courts will tell you to go pond sand.

p.s.
You also have this issue of the RV being a repo unit sold at a discounted price working against you in a court of law.
Good Luck
