It's going to depend on how bad the peeling is. Can what's there be re-attached or patched? It will have to be put back down and sealed up. I don't know how the roof is supported in your m/h but if it's wood, you may need to replace some rafters along with the 'studs' in the walls. It's a doable project. I replaced a rotted wall and floor in my old 5th wheel also with a lot of roof repairs. I kept it for about 10 years and sold it for 3 times what I paid for it. Since you're handy, just take your time and fix it right. I'd go by a RV shop and try and get some pointers on the roof repair.
