I got this one. Came with a hose and some basic inflation add ons. It's also available at Home Depot. Good price, lightweight, 120V AC (if you have a gas generator?), and inflates up to 125PSi - more than enough.

They also carry (truck) tire pressure gauges, with dual ends for inward and outward facing valves. Make sure the gauge can handle up to 100PSI.
