Compressor is handy, but unless I was traveling remote areas and off the grid, if I needed to do any significant tire air ups, I’d hit up a tire or repair shop and “borrow” some air. Much quicker.
Since you have AC power, a 120V small contractors compressor is the best volume/ reliability/bang for the buck combo, imo.
That said, unless you have tire problems or leaks, I can’t imagine this being any sort of regular occurrence. No different than your car.
