Dehumidifier sounds like what you need then. I think I'd close those roof vents though. Sounds like more humidity is entering the camper than leaving the camper.
Can you turn on the propane stove and let it run a couple hours to dry the inside out. The stove will not use any electricity, and provide the heat you need so much right now. Close those vents and all windows, and heat up the inside. The longer you can keep the heat on, the better it will be.
If you can cook on the stove with everything closed up, you can also just let it run a couple hours too with nothing on the stove.
Under your circumstances, this is probably a good start.
