I strongly discourage the use of any unvented heating device inside an RV of any kind. The reason is the products of "good" combustion are co2 and water vapor. It also reduces available O2 in the air. None of these things are good in the enclosed space of an RV. If you are in an area of very low ambient humidity the excessive water vapor can be managed, however in higher humidity environments you will put too much water into the air. RV heaters pull combustion air from outside and exhaust the burned gasses outside. They use an air to air heat exchanger to provide hot air to the coach.
We have a mechanical dehumidifier however that simply couldn't keep up with a vent free heater such as a propane catalytic heater.
