Confused about class A chassis

I've been looking at a 2006 Monaco Lapalma 37PCT gasser with a Ford power plant. I was reading the brochure and it doesn't make any sense. It differentiates between a Ford and W-24 chassis in one place, then in another place says the W-24 is a required option on the PCT. There is a big difference between the two in CCC. I don't believe it has the Workhorse chassis with a Ford power plant. Am I wrong? I know for sure it's the Ford. The brochure would lead one to believe it's a W-24 chassis with a Ford on it. Maybe there was some mid year change that didn't get into the brochure. I have never had a Class A before. If it's the Ford and I tow a vehicle that won't leave me much room for cargo with the GCWR, the workhorse would be ok.

To the best of my knowledge, Workhorse only used the GMC 8.1 V-8.

Probably the reason the brochure refers to both the Workhorse and Ford chassis is because Monaco offered both to buyers.
It made more $en$e to print one brochure referring to both options.

Thanks it's just in the brochure it makes a note that the W-24 was a "required option" for the 37PCT. The GCVW could be a make or break for me because if I tow my Equinox that only leaves me 100 lbs for other cargo to be at the GCVW limit if it's the Ford chassis. If it's the W-24 or a beefer Ford then I'd be ok.
