Considering 2000 Georgetown 346S vs 2003 Damon Challenger

I've found two units I'm considering. First is a 2003 Damon Challenger. One owner although the male died 4 years ago and it's been setting since. Needs tires, house batteries and a good cleaning. ...

Our 03 Challenger has been very solid for us. If I were in the market for another MH I'd consider another.
