We toured the Newmar factory two years ago, and were impressed with how efficient and how clean everything was kept. There is only one production line, and the same people that build the King Aire, Essex, Mountain Aire, etc build the Bay Star. The only difference is the chassis, engine and interior fittings. If we were to buy another large coach it would be a Newmar. We downsized to the Via, so this may be our last coach. There is a nice video of the factory on the Newmar website: Newmar Factory Tour
