No vehicle weight or slides were mentioned. IMO that is a big, heavy coach to only have 250hp. You most likely will have very limited power, especially on any mountain passes. But if it doesn't have slides, it might be ok. Ask your wrench about that and see what he thinks.
The 10mpg like a previous poster said, is not very accurate. We were happy when we got 8 in our 2002 37' with a 330.
I didn't see anything about levelers mentioned. If you decide to go through with this, have the wrench check the levelers for leaks.
Depending on how and where the coach has been stored, all the window rubbers might need attention.
If he is the original owner, he should have all the records for the scheduled services that should have been performed.
