Sounds like you are on the right track. It is good to have the MH inspected before you purchase. Keep in mind that the perfect MH does not exist but you want to make sure it is safe. If the bones are good then go for it! Even if there are still minor fixes needed. Agree with the others, the engine is your major concern.
