Here is my take. You are getting a lot of good advice. Chassis checks, engine/transmission checks. Do have cummins do their thing. Along with everything else check the exhaust manifold for cracks/leaks, etc. Frankly I believe that engine/drivetrain problems
are the least of your worries although definitely do, or have done the cooling system SCAs checked. If you are not sure of your read on the test strip then do it several times. The strips are cheap in comparison to the information they give you.
My larger concern on a coach this age is all the appliances. Washer/dryer. How does it work? Refrigerator. Is that model up to date on its recalls? Water heater. Is it original? Or has it been changed? Heating system, furnace. What shape is the furnace in? Noisy blower, won't run, etc? Ice maker. Does it work? Is it clean?
Generator? Is it propane powered? Most diesel coaches of this vintage used Propane powered generators as the industry had not come to terms with building quieter diesel powered units. Propane powered is not bad, but is it something you need to be aware of. If the Gen. is propane what is the capacity of the coach propane tank?
Coach brakes? Air?
Hydraulic? What condition are the linings in? Have new linings ever been installed? Are they Drum brakes or disc brakes or a combination of the two?? Disc in front , drum in the rear?
See if you can get the prior owners name and talk with them too. Having owned the coach just 4 months this present owner may not be able to answer all your questions.
For the age and mileage the price is certainly on target provided everything checks out. Keeping in mind that there are no new 94/95 coaches being built.
