Seems like you are getting good advice. However, you may be getting "information Overload", leading to "Analysis Paralysis"
It is not a very expensive RV (relatively speaking), and it does sound like the Seller has taken pretty good care of it. Its not like you are headed to taking a 100K bath like some have reported in here.
Go with your gut. Have the chassis inspected. The house portion are mostly all components anyway.
