All depends on if you want to be a part of the selling process in order to avoid paying the cut back to the consignment sale. They have good exposure, but you'll get exposure on craigslist too.
Buyers will come in all walks of life. This will include everyone from hagglers, low-ballers, odd folks, nice folks, and serious buyers.
For me I like to save the bucks and sell it myself. But if you want to avoid the process and don't like to be haggled, give the consignment place your BOTTOM price and say "don't call me with haggle prices", and they'll respect it.
