So after doing some research we have some more questions.
How much does insurance generally run on a motor home. I know every one's rate will vary based on where they live and coverage's, but how does it compare to your regular car insurance?
Are there policies that allow you to turn your collision insurance on and off, while keeping comprehensive coverage, if you store the vehicle for several months?
What is a dual fuel fill? It sounds like the total fuel capacity may be in two tanks that can be filled from both sides at the same time? In reality, how does that work? I have tried to fill two vehicles at the same time with my credit card and it wouldn't allow me to turn on the pump for the second vehicle until the first was completed.
I notice most coaches have an air conditioner in the dash like a car, but I can't see how that'd cool the unit in August in Texas. Do you run the generator and roof or basement AC while driving down the road? If so, does the generator take fuel from the main fuel tanks?
I see most coaches have a 80 -100 fuel capacity. What kind of fuel mileage can we expect out of a 36' DP in the 30-33K lb range?
