You may be right Oshkosh makes one for 8.3 L Cummins at 19,900 lb max load on drive axle.
I do remember watching a special on one of those companies that makes just a few coaches per year and they did advertise all wheel steering with tandem rear axles. Tried to find link but failed. Still looking.
I have, honestly never driven a 42 footer. All of my experience is based on a comparison between a my 40' and my friend's 45'. He also said he would never buy another 45 footer.
