Convection oven for an RV
I have purchased a LTV CB, but it comes with a convection microwave - about 1.2 cu ft. Very small. Does anyone use a convection oven countertop model for baking, roasting etc? Which one holds up best?

We recently purchased a Breville Smart Oven Air (Model BOV900BSSUSC) as a second oven for the house. It is quite large and expensive but from the limited amount of use it has seen, it is fantastic !
It will hold a 9x13 making pan or a 12" pizza or (they claim) a 14 lb turkey ! It appear to be very well built. I would not "build it into" a cabinet because you really need about 4" of air space on the sides and back and 6" on the top.
Breville makes several smaller models.
