Convection oven for an RV
I have purchased a LTV CB, but it comes with a convection microwave - about 1.2 cu ft. Very small. Does anyone use a convection oven countertop model for baking, roasting etc? Which one holds up best?

We have the Breville as well, the large one. It has a 14 x 14 tray. I can’t say enough good things about this oven.
Very accurate, heats up quickly, cooks very evenly. Better than either of our ranges.
Cook full size casseroles, pies, roasts.
Not cheap but worth it. And the best toaster ever.
