converter
I have a 2007 Fleetwood Terra and the converter that charges the house batteries is only putting out12.6 VDC. Is there any thing that I can do other than replacing it?

My first thought is your reading the actually battery voltage at the terminals of the converter. Disconnect the batteries and check it again.
