I have a 2007 Fleetwood Terra and the converter that charges the house batteries is only putting out12.6 VDC. Is there any thing that I can do other than replacing it?

Are you reading voltage AT the converter WITH the battery disconnected? I suspect you are actually reading only the battery and the converter is toast. With the batter connected you will read it's 12.6 (if fully charged) even if the converter is putting out nothing.
