Cooking in a convection/ microwave
Can toast be made in a convection microwave. Also why does convection cooking take more time than the few recipes I can find that use it? What am I doing wrong?

Did you get a instruction book with your unit? If not I would contact the manufacture and try to get an instruction book. Ours came with an instruction book from Sharp.
