Cooking in a convection/ microwave
Can toast be made in a convection microwave. Also why does convection cooking take more time than the few recipes I can find that use it? What am I doing wrong?

You can probably get an instruction manual on line. I also think it takes a little longer on convection mode. Ex: a can of biscuits says 8 - 10 minutes in regular oven, but in our convection/microwave it takes about 15 minutes.
