Cooking in a convection/ microwave
Can toast be made in a convection microwave. Also why does convection cooking take more time than the few recipes I can find that use it? What am I doing wrong?

In mine, if I preheat, like a home oven, cooking takes less time. If I stick stuff in there without preheating, then yes, it takes longer.
