Cooking in a convection/ microwave
Can toast be made in a convection microwave. Also why does convection cooking take more time than the few recipes I can find that use it? What am I doing wrong?

I always thought convection was supposed to be faster but I, too, have found it is about the same. May be cause the ovens are lower wattage than home convection ovens. Not sure.
