Cooking in a convection/ microwave
Can toast be made in a convection microwave. Also why does convection cooking take more time than the few recipes I can find that use it? What am I doing wrong?

All a convection over is nothing but an electric oven. Wife uses it a lot. And we also use our microwave oven a lot.
Another thing that we have and my wife just loves it because of the speed, an that is Induction stove. Only thing is that you have to use skillets, and pots made out of stainless steel or cast iron. Manufactures like Wolfgang Puck make all those posts and skillets for Induction stoves. But these are three times faster then thermal conduction from a flame. It uses electomagnetic induction.
