Cooking in a convection/ microwave
Can toast be made in a convection microwave. Also why does convection cooking take more time than the few recipes I can find that use it? What am I doing wrong?

All electric ovens are not convection ovens. Electric convection ovens have a blower that circulates the heat.
Without the blower it is just an electric oven.
